What happened to the 40$ for the 2nd runner up? You are losing your professionalism if you are announcing this late.

Offering more prize money to the winners is just a gesture of appreciation from our side. Hope this clears everything.
I don’t agree with you for this time Manuel. We must appreciate the SloDive team for providing those contests every time and last time we are lucky to get additional runner up prize. But every time it is not possible. That too, this time Premium WordPress themes are providing along with the cash prize (which actually worth $40). I highly support SloDive and will be a loyal reader (gaining a lot of stuff related to my multimedia).
So you are saying that you agree with the late announcements? So nice of you to support that act. Well, let’s stop being (you know) here. We must be fair and don’t just say GOOD WORDS because it won’t improve us all. We must talk about the BAD THINGS that might ruin the community, and that’s the REAL SUPPORT.
Don’t just say, “oh, nice move” or “I support this” even though it is not right. If you care for the money, then I don’t know. What I want to point out here is that PEOPLE are trying to make effort for the whole month and then suddenly you will say that there is a new rule.
I THINK IT’S NOT FAIR.
Besides, what happened to the GIVEAWAYS FOR THE THEMES? Is the giveaway being added here?

Did you read our previous comment? We believe it should clear all the doubts you have regarding the rules of CCC.
For WP Themes giveaway, if you were subscribed to that article, you would have realized that the winners were announced on the same page: http://slodive.com/giveaway/premium-wordpress-theme-giveaway-mythemeshop/

In my opinion here at SloDive no loyal reader will bother about the cash prize. So, why should we worry about the late announcement. Think about it.
I think whatever the admins decision about the prizes are just okay. I mean there’s only a 1st and 2nd prize for the CCC but good thing they included a 3rd prize for a premium there.
Wow an awesome decision from you guys. Actually I didn’t win the giveaway which was organized earlier. I felt so bad and this time I am so happy that I may get a premium theme for sure :)
PS: I think something sounds wrong in 1st runner up prize. Pls verify it.

I was also thinking that there is a cash prize for 2nd runner up too. Well the prize of theme will also be good for me because i was the winner of the Theme Giveaway contest but didn’t get the theme because of bad management from My Theme Shop guys.
I don’t know of any other site that offers a comment contest, especially one such as this on a monthly basis. This is nothing short of fantastic! Whatever the outcome it has been fun being in the contest and has given me an incentive to dig deeper into Slo Dive’s articles and tutorials. I’ve enjoyed reading everyone’s comments as well. It seems Slo Dive prizes just keep getting better and better : D
